Summarize how early and extensive engagement with state and local environmental agencies and NGOs led to revised environmental mitigation measures to facilitate expedited environmental approvals. 2. Summarize how the New York Office of Renewable Energy Siting and Electric Transmission has successfully expedited renewable energy generation and transmission siting while complying with state and federal environmental laws under the new NY RAPID Act. 3. Summarize how current proposed transmission lines anywhere in the US can be approved more efficiently today. 4. Summarize how to efficiently negotiate the new FERC National Interest Electric Transmission Corridor process. 5. Summarize how to obtain necessary federal approvals under the Trump Administration by effectively engaging Republican business allies, elected politicians, grass roots organizations, and relevant members of the Trump Administration.
