Before joining ENGIE, Andrea directed communications for multiple nonprofits and later founded Sparkstory, a strategic communications consultancy focused on enhancing personal branding, employee engagement, and customer trust.

    Her portfolio includes work for ExxonMobil, Sodexo, Nokia, MKB Excellent Executive Coaching, the Houston Writers Guild, and the IFMA Foundation. In addition to her corporate role, Andrea dedicates her free time to making a positive impact and empowering others through speaking engagements, hosting global monthly rallies for hope and kindness, and leading a weekly “15 Minutes of Kindness” podcast on LinkedIn.
