    Liz Gallo is an educator, innovator, and nationally recognized leader advancing STEM education and workforce development. As Founder and CEO of WhyMaker, a certified women-owned business, Liz champions immersive, real-world learning experiences that bridge the gap between classrooms and the high-demand STEM careers that power today’s economy.

    With over a decade of experience teaching technology and engineering across K–12, higher education, and global learning environments, Liz dedicates her career to empowering both teachers and students. Under her leadership, WhyMaker has partnered with businesses, government agencies, and school districts to impact more than 19,000 learners across 3,000 schools in 25 states and six countries, bringing high-quality STEM education and career pathways to young people.

    A TEDx speaker and former President of both the New York State Council of Educational Associations and the New York State Technology & Engineering Educators Association, Liz is widely respected for her ability to connect education, industry, and policy.
