    Simon Brealy is an engineer and data modelling specialist driving cutting edge innovation in the energy sector. With over seven years at Uniper, he has led the development and deployment of advanced modelling solutions that delivered significant operational savings and performance gains across power generation assets.

    Now working for Onyx Insight in the wind sector, Simon is shaping the next generation of data products and analytics, helping organisations unlock greater value, reliability, and efficiency from their fleets. His work sits at the forefront of applying machine learning to real-world energy challenges, bridging deep technical expertise with commercial impact.

    He is a Chartered Engineer with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, and is in the final stages of a doctorate, specialising in novel machine learning methods for wind farm performance and condition monitoring.
