    David Dickson is a Principal and a Manager of Regional Services with Terracon, serving as the Environmental Planning & Permitting lead for our North Central Division (AR, IA, IL. KS, MO, MN, OK, ND, NE, SD, and WI). David also serves as the chair for the Terracon EPP Power Generation & Transmission committee. He has over 35 years of experience as a natural resource professional, specializing in the assessment of ecosystems/wetlands, listed species, and environmental permitting. David works extensively with energy clients on transmission lines, renewable energy. and othe power generation projects across the US.
