At Burns and McDonnell, she leads technology enablement and enterprise product strategy for Oracle Construction and Engineering platforms, driving digital transformation across large-scale infrastructure and utility projects.
Porsche is responsible for advancing program management information systems that integrate data, standardize processes, and improve visibility across the full project lifecycle. Her work focuses on aligning technology with business outcomes through scalable solutions, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. She partners closely with program teams and executive stakeholders to reduce complexity, improve decision-making, and enhance overall project performance.
A strong advocate for innovation, Porsche leads strategic initiatives focused on AI and advanced analytics to modernize project delivery. She led the implementation of the Construction Career Exploration Program in Houston, providing high school students with exposure to construction and engineering career pathways through hands-on learning, mentorship, and industry engagement.
