    Ali is responsible for supporting, sustaining, and inspiring a world-class team by driving the people strategy aligned with Apex’s mission, business operations, values, and strategy; partnering across the company to identify each business unit’s needs; and identifying and supporting activities and initiatives to motivate, train, and retain the team at all levels. Prior to joining Apex in 2016, Ali was immersed in a variety of leadership roles in the fitness industry, including helping run what became the fastest-growing outdoor fitness company in the nation. Ali holds a BS in psychology and business from the University of Tennessee and an MS in community and regional planning from the University of Texas.
