Molly Bales has helped scale multiple high-growth cleantech startups, building and leading cross-functional teams, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, developing hundreds of megawatts of utility-scale assets in multiple ISO territories, and securing over hundreds of millions in sales and non-dilutive funding. Her technology specialties include solar, storage, and anaerobic digestion from her stints at Recurrent Energy, Form Energy, NextEra Energy Resources, and Harvest Power. Molly received her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus on energy, sustainability, and entrepreneurship and my bachelor’s degree from Harvard University majoring in History of Science with a subfield in Earth & Planetary Sciences. She is also a part-time lecturer at UT Austin, where she teaches energy and entrepreneurship
