    Amy Lobel is Head of External Communications for AES’ US Renewables & Power business, where she leads strategies that strengthen brand reputation and shape industry narrative in support of the company’s diverse portfolio of energy infrastructure projects.

    As a leader with deep renewables expertise, she has spent more than 15 years in the clean energy industry, and has worked across communications, marketing, and commercial operations—bringing a practical understanding of how thought leadership influences policy and supports project success.

    Prior to AES, Amy was Director of Sales and Marketing Operations for leading wind and solar developer, Community Energy, Inc., which merged with AES in 2021. Earlier in her career, she spent time in the CPG industry working with major international brands, including Dublin, Ireland-based Ornua (Kerrygold), and Johnson & Johnson.

    Amy is based in the Philadelphia area, where she lives with her family and enjoys thrifting, spending time in the garden, and getting out on her bike.
