    Erica He is the Founder & CEO of Emery Power, a California-based consulting firm serving the global power and energy industry. With more than two decades of experience in renewable energy, grid modernization, energy storage, EV charging infrastructure, and strategic business development, Erica has built a reputation as a forward-thinking leader dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions globally.

    Prior to founding Emery Power, Erica held senior leadership roles at Sumitomo Electric, where she helped drive strategic initiatives and emerging energy technologies across North America. Her career has focused on bridging innovative technologies with practical infrastructure applications, helping utilities, developers, manufacturers, and investors successfully launch and scale clean energy projects.

    Driven by a passion for creating a safer and more sustainable future for the next generation, Erica founded Emery Power with a mission rooted in service, innovation, and impact. She is recognized for her strategic vision, global industry perspective, and ability to build strong partnerships across the evolving energy ecosystem.

    Erica holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University College London.
