    Jim Moss

    Jim Moss is managing director and founder of PRM Consulting. He has more than 30 years of both consulting and corporate human resources experience, and is one of the nation’s leading experts in executive compensation for not-for-profit organizations. Prior to founding PRM, Jim was a principal and rewards practice Leader in the Washington consulting office of Towers Perrin. He has also held human resources and compensation positions with RCA Corporation and Random House, Inc. Jim has a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Morehouse College and has completed some graduate studies at New York University. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with business and civic awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from World At Work, and a Presidential Citation from the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education.
