    Mason started out at Renewable Energy Systems, as a Project Engineer, supporting turnkey BESS projects across the United States & Canada. From there he advanced into his role as Project Manager, overseeing all aspects of BESS facility EPC while ensuring his teams were adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. His ability to manage multiple projects across different stages of execution, while effectively leading coordination efforts with subcontractors, vendors, and local authorities, resulted in the successful deployment of over 500MWh of turnkey EPC BESS facilities.
