    Matt Gough is a Director of Sales at SOLARCYCLE, where he was the company's first hire in 2022. He and his team partner with the largest solar asset owners, EPCs, and panel manufacturers in the U.S. on end-of-life recycling and EBOS recovery, helping the industry close the loop on solar — turning decommissioned and damaged panels into raw materials for the domestic supply chain. Before SOLARCYCLE, Matt led building electrification policy for the Sierra Club across California. He lives in Oakland, CA.
