Scott Huth is a Principal Engineer specializing in wind turbine blades at UL Solutions, with over 20 years of engineering experience across jet engines, gas turbines, and wind turbines, including more than 11 years in blade engineering. He supports blade-focused due diligence and asset advisory efforts.
Prior to UL, Scott worked at GE on blade design and integration, including leading the design and development of the two-piece blade for the Cypress and Sierra platforms. He also worked at RWE, leading engineering initiatives to reduce blade-related operational costs. He holds a BSME from the University of Detroit Mercy and an MSME from the University of Cincinnati.
