    Emily Lopez is the SVP of People & Culture for the Americas at Vestas, where she leads HR strategy across manufacturing, service, and corporate functions. She is focused on enabling business performance through strong leadership, workforce stability, and a high-performing, inclusive culture. Emily brings deep experience in labor relations, organizational transformation, and large-scale workforce integration, shaped by prior HR executive roles at Spirit AeroSystems and ConocoPhillips. She holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University and is passionate about building environments where people and business outcomes thrive together.

    Emily lives in Houston, Texas with her husband, Stephen, and their dog, Oliver.
