    Charlie Hemmeline is the Senior Director of ERCOT Regional Electricity & Transmission Policy for the American Clean Power Association, where he advances and promotes clean energy through advocating for policies that ensure fair access to the electricity market. Prior to joining ACP, Charlie co-founded the Texas Solar Power Association, the leading state industry organization for wholesale and retail solar photovoltaics, and served as Executive Director from 2014-2022. He previously spent 8 years with the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, DC leading innovative market transformation programs for solar and energy efficiency.
