Commissioning Utility Scale Energy Storage Projects: Hidden Nuances

This talk will be fairly technical and focus on some of the intricacies of commissioning utility scale energy storage projects. I'll walk through pre-requisites for the various stages of commissioning (cold, warm and hot) as well as site level acceptance testing. The bulk of my talk/presentation will be covering utility and ISO tests such as the ERCOT commissioning process and the CAISO NRI process. I also plan to discuss special tests such as black-start tests and Islanding tests.
