    Mr. Cramer is the Technical Director of Independent Engineering at Electric Power Engineers, where he leads the development of bankable service offerings for energy projects with a focus on system topology insights. An entrepreneur and technical leader, he co-founded Turbine Test Services LLC (TTS), an accredited wind turbine testing firm focused on loads and power performance testing. Following its acquisition, Mr. Cramer continued work with multiple Independent Engineering organizations on projects including low carbon fuel production, global utility scale gas turbine analysis, wind project performance evaluation, offshore data acquisition campaigns, aerospace structural failure analysis, and prototype wind turbine loads testing. Cramer is an Affiliate Professor at the University of Washington, where he helps develop renewable energy curriculum and teaches postgraduate engineering courses.
