Jeff Juger leads Fixx Energy as Chief Executive Officer, driving the company’s strategy and growth as it builds the next generation of American energy storage manufacturing and infrastructure. Before joining Fixx Energy, he spent 11 years at JinkoSolar U.S., where he served as Deputy General Manager and helped grow the company into one of the leading solar module suppliers in the U.S. and Canada, while spearheading high-stakes initiatives spanning joint ventures, U.S. manufacturing, new business incubation, and complex policy and regulatory matters requiring decisive leadership in rapidly evolving environments. During his tenure, Jeff also served as Managing Director of Jinko ESS, building and leading Jinko’s North American energy storage business with full P&L responsibility.
Prior to JinkoSolar, Jeff served as Director of Marketing & Strategy at Qcells, where he guided brand strategy and market positioning during a pivotal period of growth in the U.S. solar industry. Earlier in his career, he negotiated shipbuilding and surface systems contracts for the Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington, D.C.
Jeff has served on the boards of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), Florida Solar Energy Industries Association (FlaSEIA), the Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC®), and the Yale School of Management. He is a recipient of the Yale Alumni Association Leadership Award, FlaSEIA Rising Star Award, and Jinko Global Outstanding Manager Award. Jeff graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University and earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Originally from Cheshire, Connecticut, Jeff now lives in Campbell, California. Outside of work, he is active in his church community, enjoys ocean fishing, and loves spending time with his family.
