    Sekhar Tatineni serves as the Vice President of Technology at ES Foundry, bringing more than two decades of Engineering leadership experience across the solar and semiconductor industries. Prior to ES Foundry, he was the Senior Director of Engineering at REC Solar, where he was instrumental in the commercialization and high-volume scaling of PERC, TOPCon and Heterojunction (HJT) cell and module technologies. His extensive background includes key technical and management roles at global firms such as Conexant Systems and National Semiconductors, focusing on advanced manufacturing, process integration and cost-competitive innovation. Sekhar holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Circuit Design from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree from RMIT University, Melbourne.
